Ever fancied living like lords and ladies of our own manor for the weekend? We now offer group holiday accommodation here at Pickwell Manor in Devon. It’s a chance to have the main house apartments to yourselves for a weekend: the perfect place for very special shindigs, large family reunions and big-ticket birthdays.
We’re opening up the main house for as many as 27 of you to enjoy being together, whether it’s old friends or (even older) family. You’ll have more space than you know what to do with. There’s Grace, our huge apartment at the heart of the house, plus you’ll have exclusive use of the house and and the grand, apartment rooms of Affinity, Bliss and the delightful Chapel.
The icing on this particular cake is that you’ll also have sole use of our glorious Ballroom and the Snug, with its well-equipped kitchen and sofas, right next door to the expansive space of the ballroom. It means you can live, eat and celebrate together in our 45ft-long ballroom as much as you like over the weekend.
Whether you’re snuggling on the deep sofas around crackling logs at one end of the ballroom, soaking up the sun on the terrace overlooking the rolling fields down to the Atlantic Ocean, or disappearing up the sweeping oak staircase to your own fully-equipped luxury apartments whenever you want to retreat and relax, you’ll love having the use of the whole main house.
So if you’ve ever wanted somewhere to bring all the generations of your family together for a few days (while still having plenty of space to escape to should/when you need it) to reunite, relax, talk laugh, sing, reminisce, feast and even surf, then this could be the perfect spot for you.
